Who is Hailee?

Hey brides, grooms, and all other fans of love and marriage!


My name is Hailee, and I am your go-to wedding gal, kind of like a built-in wedding bestie if you ask me. Feel free to toggle over to my services page to see what I offer but while you are here I would love for you to get to know me a bit better. 


Who am I? I am the over-achieving, overly-smiley, empath, who binge listens to podcasts and is the first one on any dance floor. My greatest passion is to see all of the intricate details of a plan come together into a perfect masterpiece. Come on how satisfying is that? Now I'm sure you're assuming I'm talking about the details of wedding planning coming together for the big day (and you'd be partially right) but I am also a Registered Nurse who has spent the duration of my career so far working in Maternity care (and I absolutely love it).

I am also a wifey to my lovely husband and momma to my first little (who decided to arrive just hours before our second wedding anniversary). Planning my own wedding (during the height of Covid-19 I might add) is what actually sparked my passion for weddings and specifically day of coordination. As I planned our big day, I LOVED picking out our venue, vendors, and adding unique touches to make our day truly about us and our story. BUT, when the big day came without my day of coordinator there is no way my vision would have been able to come to life. So trust me, I was right where YOU are now not too long ago and can relate big time!


Besides weddings and nursing, I call Calgary, AB home (Yahoo!) but did live in the lower mainland for the last year and a half. As much as I loved the coast the Alberta Rocky Mountains called me back home. I love being outside and ski, surf (poorly but still love it), and enjoy exploring of any kind! My most recent exploration was to New York City and I was absolutely blown away! That being said my favourite place I've visited has to be the Sintra Castle just outside of Lisbon in Portugal. If you've never heard of it get ready to add it to your list of potential honeymoon destinations (thank me later!).
