I don’t think we realized just how much we needed Hailee to help us coordinate our wedding until we started diving into details a month or 2 out. It quickly became clear we were in way over our heads - planning a largely DIY wedding, working full-time with 2 busy little kids at home. Hailee was warm, approachable and full of good tips right from the get go. She was quick to respond and easy to get in touch with. She was professional in dealing with everyone including guests and vendors. She made our day run so smoothly and honestly we couldn’t have pulled it off without her input and expertise! If you are even remotely considering getting a coordinator - I say go for it! Hailee brought a huge peace of mind to us that day and allowed us to fully enjoy ourselves instead of dealing with the nitty gritty details. Most couples don’t get to enjoy their wedding day as much as they’d hope to but I can say we had the BEST TIME and that was largely due to Hailee. She is a lovely human and we can’t recommend her enough!

As a surprise, my mother-in-law hired Hailee for my husband and I’s wedding, and it was probably the best thing she could have done for us. Hailee not only extended herself out to me as a day of coordinator but got in touch with me a couple weeks before the wedding and sent out the most organized checklist I have ever seen to ensure I had all my ducks in a row before the big day! We had a phone call where we went over any questions I had, and she was always easily reached if I thought of more!
Hailee came with us to our venue the night before the wedding to help out as well. We were having our best friend marry us and he was extremely nervous, so Hailee sat down with him and answered all his questions and made sure he felt ready. She also helped organize the chaos of bringing everything into the venue and helped with everything from setup, to going over timing with me! She even brought home our marriage certificate, our rings, and extra little things to bring to the wedding the next day to ensure nothing important would be forgotten!
On the big day, Hailee came to the house we were getting ready at and was amazing at checking in on EVERYTHING. She made sure I was calm and had everything I needed. (She had also already been to our venue to again help with setup!) The biggest save of the day though, was when my diamond actually popped out of my engagement ring as I was putting my dress on. It was time to go and I was panicked. Somehow Hailee had a hot glue gun and made a quick save so I could still wear my ring during the day. She then would go on to hold onto my ring and my veil once the afterparty started to ensure nothing was lost. At the ceremony and reception, Hailee made sure myself and my husband always had a drink if we wanted one and made sure we were always having a great time. She stayed until the very end, making sure our guests were alright and making sure everything that needed to be done was done.
I could go on and on about Hailee and how without her our special day wouldn’t have gone nearly as smoothly as it did. She did so much more than I have even listed and the entire time she was so sweet to us and to our guests. My number one wedding advice I would give now is to hire a day of coordinator and to make sure it is Hailee! She is a wedding essential and I couldn't be more thankful to have had her help!

While working with Chelsea Gomes for our engagement photos she suggested a coordinator to help with wedding planning who happened to be her close friend. I had interviewed a few coordinators before her and was leary wondering if I would ever find the right fit for me and after talking once with Hailee all my stress went away! I cannot suggest her enough, she was very calm, organized and was so efficient. I seriously could not have pulled this off without her help, my guests rave about her still to me and I am so grateful and blessed I was able to hire her. She took every wedding dream I had and brought it to life. We also hired Chelsea for our wedding and the pair of them flowed so well together it was so great. Hailee is an amazing coordinator. We weren’t even sure if we wanted a coordinator initially, but in the end we hired Hailee as a day of coordinator and it was by far the best money we spent on our wedding. She set up all of our decor and executed our vision perfectly. Hailee was everywhere we needed her to be all day and evening, making sure everything happened according to plan.
