Day of Coordination means that you and yours (as well as your closest family and friends) are able to focus on soaking in every moment of your wedding day. Not worrying about when the cake is arriving or stressing over running a little behind schedule.
From initial planning to the big day itself, I'll assist you every step of the way until I deliver a stunning result beyond imagination.
What is Included in a Day of Coordination Package
In my Day of Coordination packages, I offer a variety of services that can be tailored to your wedding needs as each individual couple is unique so is each and every wedding. That being said there are some basics that are included with every package so keep reading!
Unlimited Email Communication
This allows me to answer your questions about wedding planning so that you feel supported by an expert along the way right from the time of booking. No need to feel lost!
Timeline Creation Support
With my expertise, I am happy to support you in creating a wedding timeline that WORKS! This means we create a timeline with time to enjoy the day with your partner, family and friends while also making sure everybody is where they need to be when they need to be there.
Vendor Point of Contact
For one week before your wedding until the end of the big day, I will act as your vendor's main point of contact. This means any day of concerns or questions will all run through me to ensure you can focus on what really matters.
Rehearsal Facilitation
The rehearsal is a key component in ensuring the wedding goes off without a hitch. I will work with your officiant to make sure you and yours, your bridal party, and your families feel confident getting down the aisle.
Wedding Coordination
The bread and butter of wedding coordination for me includes having me readily available for 10 hours on your wedding day. This includes executing your wedding timeline, managing the needs of guests, solving any potential day of issues, acting as the direct point of contact for your vendors, and assisting with any event-specific tasks

Wedding Venue Set Up
In setting up your wedding venue my role is to bring your Pinterest-worthy vision to life! This means while you are clinking mimoas while getting ready girls, or cheers-ing brews with the guys, you know your decor and venue are in safe (and very detail-oriented ;) hands so you can just show up and bask in the beautiful spaces you have dreamt up!
