Day of Coordination
You've already done the work of carefully curating your wedding aesthetic, picking a venue, tasting food, choosing flowers and more but the only time all of these items will collide is on your wedding day. That's where I come in! Day of Coordination for me means I take over all of the planning you have already completed and ensure that all of the things you want to have happen, actually happen so that you and yours have the opportunity to be fully present of your wedding day.
Wedding Venue Setup
In setting up your wedding venue my role is to bring your Pinterest-worthy vision to life! This means while you are clinking mimoas while getting ready girls, or cheers-ing brews with the guys, you know your decor and venue are in safe (and very detail-oriented ;) hands so you can just show up and bask in the beautiful spaces you have dreamt up!
End of the Night Takedown
After the best night of your and your guests lives who wants to stick around to take down all of your decor? Nobody! This service is a great fit if your venue requires all of your decor to be taken down the night of so you can head off to your honeymoon suite without worry of additional fees from your venue!
Flexible to Travel
Whether you are getting married locally, eloping, or planning a destination wedding I am ready and willing to meet you wherever you are to make your big day go off without a hitch.

From the surprise of your engagement to excitedly moving forward in the next chapter of your story with your partner, your wedding day should be a day to focus on YOU. Let's just be real, how is it feasible to plan and execute such a monumental day while you are also the guest of honour?! That's where I come in :)
I could go on and on about Hailee and how without her our special day wouldn’t have gone nearly as smoothly as it did. She did so much more than I have even listed and the entire time she was so sweet to us and to our guests. My number one wedding advice I would give now is to hire a day of coordinator and to make sure it is Hailee! She is a wedding essential and I couldn't be more thankful to have had her help!
